JBL Flip 3 no sound anymore

Hello, I have a JBL Flip 3 that I've had for a year and a half, and it no longer produces any sound. I charged it all night, but nothing works, and I reset it as well, but still nothing. So if anyone has an answer, your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
