Hello,

When starting up, my new computer displays this error message
GPT header corruption has been detected please check SATA mode setting

I'm not very knowledgeable about this, and I don't know what steps to take regarding modifications to the BIOS settings, let alone which ones

If someone could enlighten me about the origin of this error and how to solve the problem...
I read in my research that it could be related to the presence of external devices?

    Problem solved by making a simple change in the BIOS
    as detailed in the error message (by the way, until now it was enough for me, in the BIOS, to exit without making changes for the computer to turn on anyway (until the next time it wouldn't turn on)

        Ouch!

        I would tell you, but I did this without following any tutorial (even though I know nothing about it); I just followed the procedure described in the error message (with a few path errors) and ended up finding the elements to modify by trial and error...


        You should be able to do it too ;)
