Hello everyone,
I have a problem with my headset with built-in microphone. Suddenly, my computer does not recognize my headset. When I plug it in, the audio manager indicates that "This type of device is not supported." I can't find a solution online, so if someone can help me, that would be great, thank you.

    Have you tested your headset on another PC to see if the problem is the same?

    It could be a driver issue or a "faulty" port/jack plug
