Can a phantom power supply be connected to my PC?

Hello, I plan to buy a condenser microphone with phantom power, can the phantom power be connected to my PC or do I need something else?

    Hi 1808, the phantom power is inserted between the mic and the PC. Generally, it's an XLR output, and you might need an XLR/Jack cable to connect it to your sound card.

    If you only use the mic on PC, there are also USB condenser mics that do not require phantom power (powered by USB).
