Tv Westinghouse
Hello,
I have no sound on my new Westinghouse TV model WE50UL-3019.
If I connect a soundbar I get sound, otherwise there is no sound.
I have a Bell fibre decoder, HDMI cable.
I have tried different configurations, with no result.
With Bell, they tell me it’s a TV problem.
Could someone help me please.
Thank you

Plugging in headphones automatically cuts the speakers, except for a special function (rare) in the audio menu.

Hello and welcome to this forum,
Check in the audio menu whether the TV speakers are not disabled

Yes, I had a headset to plug in. The sound is resolved.
Where can I plug in the headset? -

Hello,
I have the same problem as you with my new WestingHouse 50" TV.... No sound!!
Could you explain what you did to fix the problem, please
(Not with Bell Fibre, but Helix Videotron)
THANK YOU -
Our friend JGV, to whom you asked how he had solved it, had a headset plugged in...
Try to do a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial configuration" (see menu) but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.
