Hello,
I have no sound on my new Westinghouse TV model WE50UL-3019.
If I connect a soundbar I get sound, otherwise there is no sound.
I have a Bell fibre decoder, HDMI cable.
I have tried different configurations, with no result.
With Bell, they tell me it’s a TV problem.
Could someone help me please.

Thank you

Plugging in headphones automatically cuts the speakers, except for a special function (rare) in the audio menu.

Hello and welcome to this forum,

Check in the audio menu whether the TV speakers are not disabled

Yes, I had a headset to plug in. The sound is resolved.

Where can I plug in the headset?

        "Please reread the discussion"
        Which I did first!!!

Zero headset plugged / Speaker sound activated / Everything activated everywhere / Even tried to set up home cinema....Still no sound and it's the second time.... I had the other one exchanged because I thought she had a problem

Our friend JGV, to whom you asked how he had solved it, had a headset plugged in...
Try to do a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial configuration" (see menu) but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.
