Question

When I print a fuel voucher, the barcode is blurry and unreadable at the gas station checkout. My system is Windows 10. Canon Pixma MG 5752 printer. Thank you in advance for your help and I look forward to hearing from you again. Thank you.

Hello.  Scan your ticket. Look for the nomination to find the image of this scan. Then if you have the Gimp software installed on your PC, try to enhance the sharpness of this image with the filter. Set the "amount" to 0.10 and confirm. See the result, and if it's not sufficient, try again while keeping it at 0.10  But it's not sure that the final result will satisfy you, because the pixel problems will still be there. Hello.  I mean when you name the scanned image.  I own the Canon TR 7550 printer and I think the scanner should be pretty much the same as yours. There is a brightness and contrast setting before doing the "preview" test.  I performed this test: one in normal, the other with -15 in brightness and +50 in contrast (I exaggerated a bit). You have to repeat the "preview" each time if you want to change the setting.       All that’s left to do is click on scan once you’ve found the right setting. Try it that way but don’t expect a miracle.  The ideal would be to find the software used by the police for "deblurring" (this word doesn’t exist) but hello the price! However, this can be done online by a specific company. Paid of course. Hello, You are really very kind to help me. I do not scan the document but receive an email in which the fuel voucher is attached. It’s just a matter of printing it and all the text is absolutely perfect except for the barcode which is filled with gray between the bars.
