Issue printing Colissimo label

Hello,

I'm trying to print a Colissimo shipping label.
However, when I print, all the windows appear empty (addresses, barcode, tracking number, etc.). Only the sections "stick the adhesive tape, usage tips, etc..." appear.
I need to send the package for sure on Monday, so could someone tell me what the issue is? And how to fix this problem? Knowing that it's the first time this has happened to me.

Printer problem....

In Acrobat Reader, in the print dialog click on "advanced options" (next to the printer name) and check the "print as image" option.

That should fix the problem.

You may have a bad configuration of your print driver, but for PDFs, printing as an image should work.

Indeed, Contrariness worked. Although it's not perfect (the "thick lines" only appear as "double empty lines inside". For example, at the level of the barcode on the slip. I hope it will go through. If you know how to make them solid, feel free to let me know ;-)

  Indeed, I just verified with a La Poste packing slip, none of the fonts used for the variable data are embedded.. (in fact, this PDF does not meet the standard, but anyway...)
  
  However, for the barcode, that's a printing issue. Either your cartridges are not dispensing enough as required, or there's a problem with the paper...
  
  You can try reprinting your packing slip on another sheet less smooth and thinner. Or by changing the print resolution (higher or lower).

hard to answer you without knowing which software you're trying to print from...
If it's from an Office app, check if you've enabled printing of drawings (or graphics, I can't remember)

Hi Froulik,
I'm using Adobe Acrobat Reader. But usually, there are no issues when I print the slips.
This time I've printed everything (including graphics and drawings), but the main elements inside the frames (barcode, sender and delivery addresses, tracking number, validity dates...) are missing.
When I do a print preview, everything looks good, but when I print, the frames are empty :-( It's strange.

Yes, it's strange that they are now using non-standard PDFs.

we should create a PDF and distribute it widely.

  no, it is not possible..
  
  It is an online postage.. the label is filled out and paid for online by credit card. It is addressed in the name of the sender and the recipient.
  The Post Office provides a download link for the PDF file which includes one page for the invoice and one page for the label to be attached to the package
  
  Once it has been entered at shipping by the post office, it cannot be reused.
