Hello,
I placed an order on a website, but the Colissimo tracking number isn't working. Here’s the message that appears: "No package matches your search criteria. Please check your parcel number and that it was sent less than 90 days ago."
At first, I thought it was just a simple update issue on the Colissimo site, but after several days of waiting, the tracking number still doesn’t work. Can anyone help me?

- If the shipment is coming from abroad, the package can only be tracked once it arrives in France.
- The package has not yet been picked up by the post.
- Error in the tracking number.

I am terrible at French, but I own it!
I'm told that the packages have been dropped in the mailbox, whereas I haven't received anything. I think some of their delivery drivers are stealing packages.
I explained the situation to them, but they just keep saying that it was delivered without any proof!
I'm honestly fed up, do not use their services at all, as there's no reimbursement for the loss.
Colissimo's customer service has no consideration for customers and does not conduct thorough investigations.
