Hello,

On this cordless phone, the ''BASE ON'' light keeps blinking even though the batteries are charged and the base is plugged into the wall outlet.
Help please
Thank you

    Hello

Among the icons next to it
which ones appear on the handset's screen

Please specify if they are blinking or not.

Also check that the power socket, under the base, is properly pushed in.

    Is this phone new?

    Hello,
    Thank you for your response.
Only the "battery charge level" icon appears without blinking and the message "TURN ON BASE" which is blinking.

Your handset is not associated with its base

You haven't answered all the questions! New phone?
Have you checked that the electrical outlet the base of the phone is plugged into is working properly... that the power cable plug is securely in place (fully inserted).

Thank you. Yes, sorry, the phone is new.
The power outlet is properly connected because the batteries are fully charged.

    OK,
First, remove the batteries from the handset and then reinsert them after a good minute.
Check if the problem has disappeared.
If the problem persists, try the procedure below(Click on the image to open it enlarged in a new tab)

If the problem still persists, a return to customer service is necessary.
