Hello everyone
a combination on my Alcatel Versatis 880 SMS has been locked by one of my lovely kids
I no longer have the manual. How can I unlock it?

    Hello,

    If it hasn't been done already, you need to press and hold the "hash" key (to the right of zero:) for 2 seconds.

      on my Alcatel F 530, it's the key to the left of the zero.

    Hello

    I had to get an ALCATEL phone for the Freebox, but since yesterday, when someone tries to call me, it doesn't ring; it only shows my caller's number without ringing, even though the settings are correct. What could be the issue?
