Hello, good evening,

For some time now, when I install a game and try to play it, unfortunately I'm getting this persistent error:

However, it's only with a few games... Some work fine and others, I get this error. I've already tried to run a scan via cmd but nothing.

Any idea?

    After several searches, I finally found the solution to this problem!
    You just need to press Win + R and enter this appwiz.cpl, then go to Turn Windows features on or off and look for the folder "Legacy components" then check the box.

    It works wonderfully on my end.

    Hello, do you have an antivirus? If so, does the problem persist when it is disabled?

    Good evening, I no longer have any antivirus, as I uninstalled Malwarebytes.
