Hi,
It’s probably an HP Audio program.
Look at the icons in the bottom right next to the clock.
Click on the upward arrow to view all of them.
Check if you have an HP Audio program or something similar.
Hover the mouse over the icon to see the name.
Right-click and exit to close it.
You can disable it from startup afterwards.
