Very large/large icons not displaying

Hello,

After reinstalling Windows 10, I noticed a problem for which I can't find a solution.
You can see the issue in the image; the Very Large/Large icons are not displaying in Windows Explorer while the others are.

Do you have any ideas?

    Hello kjp9fk

    - Open "File Explorer"
    - Click on the "View" tab at the top left and then on the small slider under "Options" on the right.
    and select "Change folder and search options".
    A table will appear, click on "View" and then scroll down the list to uncheck the option: "Always show icons, never thumbnails" + Apply + OK

      Hello blue fox,

      Thank you for responding, unfortunately, my problem persists.
      The box was already unchecked and when I don't refresh the explorer, some of the large icons appear very pixelated (as if it were an enlargement of the small icons).
