Hello,

I have a problem with my computer (Acer Aspire V5-591G-56GL) that won't open my session; when I enter my password, which is correct, it says 'Welcome' and then a few seconds later, I switch to a gray screen and then black, which takes me back to the home page (the one with the time and the lake wallpaper). Please help me.

    Hello,

Start with the advanced system recovery options using method 1 from this page: Windows Advanced Recovery Options.
The idea is to reboot to the page where it asks for the password, with the icon at the bottom right while holding down the shift key.

If you cannot reach the window where Windows asks for the passwords, due to a blockage or crash beforehand...
Turn off the computer twice during the Windows loading.
It will enter repair mode, which will also give access to the advanced system recovery options.
(If booting to the advanced recovery options is impossible, you need to create a USB drive to boot from it, there's a link on the previous page for that).

From Troubleshoot you can then try:
    • From the settings menu, restart Windows and go into safe mode, from there you can uninstall a problematic application like your antivirus
    • create a new local administrator user and see if it works there, see the page: How to add a user on Windows

Thank you very much (I'm on my PC, I don't have an account):

I started in safe mode and then restarted normally and everything works.
