Invisible Word Document

Hello,
We have just installed Office 365 on the iMacs of our association. A minor issue has arisen: when we edit Word documents (docx format) on our shared server, they become invisible. I found a way to temporarily make them reappear. However, I would like to understand how to solve the problem permanently.
A few additional details:
- The documents are VISIBLE when we save them to "desktop" or "documents" but not on the server.
- The documents are INVISIBLE when we edit a document. When creating a document, everything is normal.
If you have any explanations, I would be grateful.
