ADSL Issues with Maroc Telecom

There is something called a "formal notice"; there's no need to draft a complaint, it's clearly stated in the contract "Article 18.2". IAM cannot provide the services if it does not find any faults with the local equipment, it is obliged to terminate the agreement :) it's as simple as that :)

gras la solution est de ne pas installer menara du CD qui t'a été donné, télécharge le logiciel "SAGEM-Fast800-A_4_8".
Moi aussi j'ai une connexion menara et ça marche très très bien avec ce logiciel.

Menara ADSL TV is not serious. I've had a Wifi problem for two months via the infamous Menara router. I've called at least twenty times to 115. They kindly told me that they would do what is necessary by forwarding my urgent file. But nothing at all. I have received their so-called technician twice, but their technicians know nothing. They are useless, completely incapable of understanding the problem. The technician explained to me that he is not an expert and has no solution to offer. When I asked him for advice on what I should do, he frankly said, "I don't know." You need to call 115 or cancel the contract with Maroc Telecom.
As of today, I've called several times, and my problem is still not resolved!
