The Liberty Play headphones have not received good feedback; they are of very poor quality. Just do a little research on CCM to see for yourself, check out this page.

In the future, avoid being fooled by these misleading ads and fake reviews spread by shady "YouTubers" and "influencers." When you want AirPods, you buy AirPods; if you can't afford them, there are plenty of Bluetooth headphones of very good quality at reasonable prices. It's true that they may not look like AirPods, but at least they work.

Hello,

I strongly advise you against buying headphones from the Liberty Play website. We have no certainty, but it seems that their supplier is similar to AliExpress. I myself naively ordered these headphones after seeing advertisements from reality TV personalities selling them as similar to Apple’s AirPods, which is completely false. The quality of the headphones is poor, and it's also difficult to reach their customer service.

Be aware that Liberty Play deletes comments on their Instagram account, and they do this systematically! I believe it is the same on their website.

To obtain a refund, you must contact them via the email displayed on their website and also reach out through Instagram. You need to be persistent because their tactic is to demotivate you by prolonging the procedure. They will then provide you with the return address, and you will have to cover the return shipping costs; send your headphones with a delivery receipt to ensure they have received them and avoid any potential scams.

Don’t hesitate to share this with your circles so they’re not fooled, and don’t give up on getting your refund; it’s your right. They have a refund policy and must apply it to their customers; otherwise, they are breaking the law.

Libertyplay is a bogus site: read the terms and conditions. The company VS FZ LLC does not exist.

I strongly advise against ordering from Liberty play because it’s a complete scam. I never received my order. We placed two different orders, one for me and one for my daughter, on the same day but with two different credit cards. My daughter received her order, but I never got mine. After numerous complaints, they keep giving me the runaround to buy time and avoid refunding me. I have asked for refunds several times, and they say the delivery person must have had a flat tire, that they were victims of their own success, to ask my neighbors if they received my order, etc., etc. After many complaints, they finally gave me a tracking number, and they claim that the number shows it arrived, but that’s not the case. My daughter received her order, but I never received mine. I ordered two headphones and my daughter one. Moreover, the only way to communicate with them is by email. So if you don’t want to get scammed, just walk away.

I had this issue, and here's what customer service replied:
"Could you try these 4 steps?
Go to Settings > Bluetooth and tap the “i” icon next to your earbuds. Then tap Forget this device.
Press both earbuds at the same time until they make a slight noise.
Put them back in the charging case.
Take both earbuds out at the same time.
If that doesn't work, it's very likely that one of the earbuds isn't fully charged."

The problem persisted, and in a last burst of hope, I put the non-working earbud in its case, then I opened and closed the case several times in a row (I was thinking about the Freebox when I would unplug and reconnect it several times in a row to reset it) and since then everything is working perfectly by miracle!!!

Yes, I haven't had any problems since.
However, the customer service is terrible! They are responsive at first, and when you tell them that their solution doesn't work, you don't hear from them again. No matter how much you follow up, they don't respond anymore.

Stop your good reviews. The headphones don't work. The first responses to emails are template emails that all dissatisfied customers receive. The so-called customer service doesn't answer your questions.
Then it's radio silence.
Do not order at all.

You just need to turn on the earbud. Press the earbud that isn't working for 5 seconds, disconnect your earbuds, and reconnect them, and it should work.

You can find the same ones on Aliexpress, Wish, Joom... for 5 euros, and if they don't work, they'll refund you right away and without any fuss because at the price of 65 euros without the promo code, you might as well add a little more money and buy the AirPods.

I am very pleased with Liberty play: after a purchase and a defective shipment (one earbud weaker than the other), they were incredibly fast and efficient!! Within 10 days, I received a new pair free of charge as a replacement and they let me keep the previous one! Hats off!!

Hello.
So I bought 2 Liberty Play AirPods for my kids for Christmas. I tested them beforehand to see if they worked. The first box was perfect, the AirPods worked, but I still had to press the right earbud for 5 seconds to sync it. However, for the second box, the right earbud didn't work. I pressed it for 5 seconds like the others, but nothing, no sound, while the left earbud worked right away. I turned off Bluetooth, reinstalled it, and did this 4 times, but on the fourth time, I held the right earbud for at least 2 minutes and it worked, it synced. I don’t know if this will help you, but try it, you never know.

These earbuds pose serious problems if I believe the reviews online; they are fragile and sometimes split in two. The issue you experienced is common, and I’m not sure it has been fixed, as most people complain that the problems frequently return. These earbuds are low-end models that are certainly not worth the price they are sold for; they are far from being AirPods.

I too, after 2 weeks of use, my earphones have stopped working. Here’s the problem: my earphones no longer charge, so they won’t turn on. Even holding the sides for 5 seconds doesn’t work. I think they can’t connect to the charging case anymore. The case works, and I’ve charged it for several hours just to be sure, but nothing changes.
When I press the button, the green light turns on for 10 seconds and then turns off.

I’ve sent emails to customer service, who usually respond 72 hours later, so I’m satisfied with that timing, but regarding the quality of their response, I feel they are dragging things out so we give up. For my part, I received a first order where one of the two earbuds didn't work, so I wrote to them for a refund. They beat around the bush with a lot of manipulations that obviously didn't work. In the end, they ended up sending me new earbuds at their own expense, and they didn't ask for the old ones back, which I still have. I received the order today and it works perfectly fine; I have nothing to say. It took them a week to send me a replacement model, I eventually gave in and accepted, but if this one didn't work, I was definitely going to get a refund. I might be lucky compared to others, but in the end, I have a functioning product. However, it's not a brand I would recommend; we'll see how they hold up over time.
