I bought a VULCAN keyboard on December 26, 2018, and it started having issues with the Q, Z, and Shift keys. I replaced it on August 19, 2019, and they exchanged it for me, but now I have the same problem. It started about a month ago with my Q key, and since yesterday, the Z key has started to act up as well.
The first time, I contacted ROCCAT, and their explanation was that the switches were worn out.
So for me, the durability of these keyboards leaves much to be desired (however, I acknowledge that I use my keyboard heavily). Having to replace keyboards this often doesn't make me want to stick with them.
