Hello,
I'm trying to uninstall ARCSOFT MEDIA from my PC, but without success!
See the attached image; apparently something went wrong during the installation and realizing that I don’t need it, here I am unable to uninstall it.
Of course, I tried the classic uninstallation in the programs as seen in the zoomed image.
I also tried UNLOCKER, BC UNINSTALLER (because I saw on this site that someone managed to do what I want to do). Let's say these two programs give the impression of deleting it, and in fact I still find ARCSOFT in my list.
I even navigated all over my C drive where I saw "ARCSOFT," I did all the deletions... and still no result for this final deletion from the program list.
Do you have any idea? It seems to me that "INSTALL" or "INSTALLSHIELD" for ARCSOFT are to blame, and as long as I don't remove them at this level, I won't be able to move on to the next stage... but I'm afraid to venture into "Install" by making deletions that might affect the functioning of the computer.
Thank you.
Configuration: Windows / Firefox 71.0

Hello
I have been using revoU Free for a few years with satisfaction
In advanced mode, it cleans directories and the registry

Hello,
Thank you for this response.
I will try it during the day and keep you updated, but I fear that if BC UNINSTALLER strongly recommended did not do the job, the others won't yield better results.
I have another table that I am submitting, which is the product of BC UNINSTALLER's analysis... if I understand correctly, it concerns what it could not process?
Please zoom in - thank you.

Immense THANK YOU REDBART! :-)
Phew! Without really believing it, I tested this famous REVO Uninstaller Free and to my great surprise, after selecting all the files related to Arcsoft highlighted in the "advanced" section (and requesting deletion), Arcsoft disappeared from my computer! Sure, it wasn't malicious, but it's better to keep space for useful things.
Happy New Year.
