I am a merchant and due to a typing error, I made a mistake in the amount. Can you please inform me how to obtain the identity of the holder through their receipt?

    There is no information about the owner on the ticket..
    However, your bank can inquire with the financial institution (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc...) and provide you with information..
    But will they want to do it.....
