Hello,
Since yesterday, I haven't been able to connect to Freewifi_secure from one afternoon to the next and I don't understand why. Previously, this had happened to me before and the bug fixed itself, and I needed to enter a username and password which worked very well, but since yesterday I can't connect, I get the message [Unable to connect to Freewifi_secure] or [Unable to connect to Freewifi_secure, please move closer and try again]. I want to point out that I always attempt to connect in the same spot, so I don't understand. I found Freewifi_secure very good and very convenient since I don't have 4G and have a poor connection (my box is with Orange but my subscription is indeed with Free).
Does anyone have a solution to my problem please? Ps: I’m on iPhone 6s
Thank you for taking the time to read my message
Best regards
Configuration: iPhone / Safari 13.0.1

Hello, the secure freewifi is only accessible with a free SIM card, so there is no password or username except for that of the SIM card; it is purely a digital dialogue between the card and the free box. The freewifi is another wifi network that does require a username and password. If the box has been reset due to a voluntary or involuntary update, this network is not accessible until the holder of the box reactivates the freewifi by reconnecting from their box to obtain the code displayed on the screen to reactivate their username and password.
