Hello,
I cleaned my printer with an air blower after removing the cartridge. Afterwards, when I turned it back on, I got a cartridge area jam error message on my HP LASERJET PRO M402dn printer.
There is no paper or any pieces of paper stuck in the cartridge area, but the message persists.
I have turned it off and on several times, the message persists and I can no longer print.
I am requesting your support.

If you've been a bit too vigorous with the compressed air, it's possible that a paper jam detector has become stuck...
These sensors often have movable plastic parts on an axis that need to be activated or not depending on the paper passage cycle...
Try gently shaking the printer at its base; this may be enough to dislodge a sensor...
If not, you need to look for anything unusual in the paper path...
Also, check that all the covers and doors of the machine are properly in place....
