Hello,
when I update to Windows 10, a message appears:
Your PC has a driver or service that isn't ready .....a new version is available. Go to aka.ms/realtek_bt_1_5

I followed the instructions on this site, and the new driver was installed.
But after restarting the update to Windows, I still have the same problem.

Do you have any ideas?
thanks

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 70.0

    Hello,

It would be good if this practical sheet helps you.

    In summary:
Microsoft blocks old Realtek Bluetooth drivers Windows 1909

    A+

    Hello.

Press the Windows and R keys, type services.msc
Check if Bluetooth Audio Gateway Service and Bluetooth Support Service are set to Manual or Automatic (right-click on them -> Properties, if necessary, change and click Apply -> OK)
Close the window. Press the Windows and R keys, type control
Click on Troubleshooting -> View all -> Bluetooth
Wait for the scan to finish and restart.

Thank you for your advice, I tried downloading and installing both drivers.
Everything works except that the driver version remains the old version.
And the Windows 10 update is stuck.

    Hello,

You fixed the Bluetooth driver issue which is a good thing.
The bad thing is that the update is still stuck.

Which update is causing you problems?
What version of Windows 10 do you have?
    Your antivirus?
Press the keyboard key Windows + R then type in the dialog box 'Run' → winer
Note the version in your next message (for example version 1909)
You might be able to downgrade if that's the case.

Do you have an error message from the stuck update other than the one from your initial question?
Post a screenshot if possible, we'll see what we can do or not.

Try this in the meantime without much conviction:
    Disable automatic driver updates.
Right-click on THIS PC → Properties.
    Advanced system settings.
    Tab → Hardware.
    Device installation settings
Check → No (Your device might not work as expected).
    Save the changes.

    Restart the PC.
    Attempt the update.
