Question

Hello, I'm reaching out to you because I have an issue. When I try to enter a product key on my computer, it shows me "Our troubleshooting process has been interrupted. Please check that you are connected to the internet, wait a few minutes, and then try again. (0x80070057)". I've already searched on Google, but I couldn't find anything, so I thought you might be able to help me!!! Thanks in advance (it's a real key and not a crack)

Hello,  Before you begin, you need to have your Windows 10 product key. You can retrieve it here: https://www.malekal.com/recuperer-cle-produit-de-windows/#RW_Read_Write_Utility  Then open a command prompt as an administrator  and:  slmgr /upk slmgr /cpky slmgr /ipk #####-#####-#####-#####-##### where ##### is the product key.

Is it indeed a Windows 10 taken from the Microsoft site? You haven't used KMSPico or any other activator?   To check your computer for possible infections and get a general state of the system:  Follow the FRST tutorial by clicking on this blue link. yes, CCleaner is not really useful, even though it is recommended everywhere. If you want to keep it, disable CCleaner's monitoring, it loads at Windows startup and slows it down with these incessant cleanups.
