My PC struggles with the Caps Lock key.

Hello,
My PC is very recent, and I quickly noticed a rather disabling malfunction. It turns out that the keyboard system of my desktop PC, and by that I mean that no matter which keyboard (wired) I use, the problem persists, prevents the Caps Lock key from functioning. Let me explain: whether I press it or not, the letters remain in lowercase (however, on all my keyboards, the indicator light showing the activated Caps Lock is on), and I have to hold down the Shift key to produce an uppercase letter. However, it also happens that when I press Caps Lock and Shift at the same time, their roles reverse and get stuck, so I have to hold down Shift to get lowercase letters while the Caps Lock key doesn't work and keeps the letters in uppercase this time. Sometimes even, when I try manipulations of this kind in another order, pressing Caps Lock twice can cause a change in the Shift key that gets reversed. In short, nothing is clear, and in the end, these keys do not work correctly, at least the Caps Lock key. I also specify that my computer was delivered in German, but the system offered to change that from the very first use and that the language of Windows and the keyboard is now indeed French. I have also checked "Press the Caps Lock key" to unlock uppercase letters in the input language shortcut keys in the advanced keyboard settings. I also tried the technique of pressing the Shift keys (left and right) at the same time, as well as Shift and Caps Lock, and also Ctrl and Caps Lock. Thank you in advance for your help, as I am starting to despair of not finding anything.
PS: My PC is running Windows 10 and is sold by the brand Megaport.
