E-scooter Streety problem: it won't turn back on.

Hello, my scooter won't turn back on because, without paying attention while I was making repairs on the wheel, I saw a short circuit on the charger connector and since then it won't turn on. Also, when I press the start button, the wheel gets stuck, but there is white smoke coming from the battery. If it's a fuse, I've attached pictures; please help me find it so I can replace it.
