My electric scooter doesn't charge fully anymore.

Hello,
A while ago, I bought a carbon electric scooter. I use it every morning for the trip from my home to the train station and I've never had any issues.
But since the beginning of the week, my scooter won’t charge beyond 4 bars out of 6. It's quite annoying because I need at least 5 bars for my daily commute.
Do you have a solution, please?
