Hello,

I haven't used my printer for a long time. When I turned it on, it indicated that I needed to change the cartridges. I changed all the cartridges, but I'm still getting the message:
Change the large black ink cartridge BK 26/26XL. I haven't done anything special other than change the cartridges. Can someone provide me with information on this?

    Good evening,
    It is possible that the printer hasn't worked for a long time, causing the ink to dry in the print head.
    It is also possible that, as a result, the cartridge priming does not take place and that you are receiving the message you describe.
    This is just a suggestion, but it would be advisable to properly clean the print head after removing the cartridges.
