Hello, my problem is I am using Windows 10 and I bought an Epson XP2105 printer. I installed it and everything went well; it works with my USB key but not over Wi-Fi.
I called the supplier, and we did tests; for them, it works, and they tell me it’s my computer’s fault. I called Asus, we did tests, and it works; plus, it is connected via Wi-Fi, and they tell me it’s my router’s fault.
I called SFR, and they say my Wi-Fi is working, which I already know.
However, when reinstalling my printer, they tell me to disable the privacy separator function on the router
or that the connection with the router is not working.
I don’t know if you will be able to help me, but I hope so.

Hello

If you want to connect a printer to your computer via wifi, you need to
Go to the settings on the printer
You should see your network
Enter the Wifi code
Only then can you install the printer on the computer
