Epson XP 2105 Printer

Hello, I just bought an Epson XP 2105 printer with ink cartridges provided. We tried to print and even scan, but nothing prints. We can see the ink slightly, the ink light is on. We bought a new cartridge, installed it, and still no printing... Does anyone have a solution? And yes, we removed the small film on the cartridges.

      It would be easier to change the cartridges and let the printer do the rest for increasingly sophisticated printers, wouldn't it????!?!

      It's not always easy to remember which buttons to press to refill the cartridges when you've misplaced the manual.
