Hello,
After changing an ink cartridge, the power button is blinking.
I can no longer print; a message appears at the bottom right of the screen stating an printing error. I unplugged and plugged the power back in, turned the printer off and then back on. I also checked the queue, and my document is not in the queue. Thank you for your assistance.
Configuration: Windows / Edge 17.17134

Good evening,
Did you purchase the cartridges from the official website? Did you remove the protective cover from the cartridge?
Is there an error code displayed?
When this message appears, it means the printer is busy. Wait for the Power/Stop light to stop flashing before turning off the printer.
Check if the ink cartridges are properly installed.
Look to see if there is a panel at the back of the printer that might be slightly open.
Check if there is any paper stuck inside.
What version of Windows are you using?
Are you on 32-bit or 64-bit?
