Hello, I ordered some clothes on Yesstyle and I chose the express shipping method. I received my tracking info, but since October 17th the tracking hasn’t changed:

BIRMINGHAM - United Kingdom
So I wanted to know if it was normal for it to be slow? Knowing that the express delivery timeframe is 5-14 days.
