Firmware issue

Hello everyone,

I've encountered a little problem with my Thomson 55UA8596. It has unexpectedly shut down. When I turn it back on, it displays the "Thomson" boot logo and then nothing.

After some research, I concluded that it's a firmware issue that arose after a bad update.

I would like to force the update manually, but I can't find it anywhere. Even on the Thomson website, I can't find anything. However, I do have some information that might help.

V8-NT67F01-LF1V467 (which I think is the firmware version of the TV)

55UA8596 (TV reference)

40-NT67ES-MAC4HG (Motherboard reference)

If it serves a purpose, as it led me to your firmware.

The link leads to a page that shows no results.

You need to read; there is a search function on this page, that's why I pointed it out to you.

And that's why I specified in the message that there's nothing interesting on the Thomson site. I've already tried to enter the reference but the site can't find it.
