Hello,
I have a slight issue with my television and I think I might be the cause. Of course, having lost the manual, I will need assistance. When I turn it on, my TV is in standby mode, and when I press a channel, it indicates "does not work in standby mode." I press OK, then I try again by pressing the power button, and I get the same message; I can't turn on the TV or access the menu. I think that when my TV got misconfigured while setting up the channels, I accidentally enabled a search in standby mode in the menu, because since then, I can't get a channel or access the menu; nothing is displayed, the screen is black, and the LED remains solid red except when I press a channel, which makes it blink and then shows the message. Can you help me because I can't find the manual? How can I reset it to factory settings? Thank you for your help.

I couldn't find the number on the Continental Edison website, I sent them an email and I'm waiting for their response, but as soon as I have time off, I will try to call where I bought the TV. It's not normal that we can't do a reset and be stuck like this; new technology really is a mess in all areas. Thanks anyway for trying to help me, have a good day.
I've already done all of this, still the same message, I even removed the back cover hoping to find a reset button but there was nothing, and I can't find the manual online, every time it just directs me to other models that have nothing to do with mine and their remote doesn't look anything like mine, I don't know what to do anymore... I'm going to leave it unplugged for 2 days since I'm working nights anyway, hoping that on Friday morning when I come back from work it will work again otherwise no TV this weekend!!!! It's a bit of a hassle!!!!!
