Hello,
a) I'm reaching out to you because today the lid of my HP laptop won't close anymore, and it seems to be misaligned. What do you advise me to do?
b) As a result, my computer makes a noise like an airplane taking off from time to time, specifically when I play Bubble Witch, which is in the Windows 10 panel.

Thank you for your responses. Have a good evening.

    Hello,

1/ it’s typically a sign that the hinges are broken. There are few solutions in this case except to change either the hinges or the entire casing, depending on the construction of the laptop.

2/ the laptop is overheating, it needs ventilation, it may be clogged, cleaning is still problematic, the laptop needs to be disassembled.

But no, it might not be serious! Just lift the rubber bar that acts as a foot and tighten the small cross-shaped screw, then put the rubber bar back in place…
      And there you go…

    Hello,
I acknowledge your responses and not being a pro, a trip to the repair shop (unfortunately) will be planned. Thank you and have a nice day.
    Best regards.
