Hello/Good evening

I understand that others have encountered a similar problem to mine, but I couldn't find the exact solution as my issue seems to be a bit different. So here I go..

I want to install Windows 10 on my old laptop (FUJITSU) which mysteriously crashed before and could no longer boot. To do this, I used a USB flash drive following the instructions from the 01.net website on the subject (https://www.01net.com/astuces/comment-installer-windows-10-sur-votre-pc-gratuitement-1358237.html.

So far, no problem.
Finally, I plugged the USB drive into my FUJITSU and started the installation; no issues so far.
And then I reached the installation page (attached images), and there, I couldn't get any further.. Only one drive is displayed, and it is unusable: I cannot format or modify it. I should mention that I've already tried resetting my BIOS to default settings but have not attempted any other manipulations.

Despite my research, I haven't found a solution or even a precise diagnosis of my problem. I should clarify that I am an "amateur" in computing and do not fully understand all the language and codes that may be used in your responses.

Thank you in advance.

Best regards.

    Hello,

    Check out this page:
Disk 0 MB at Windows installation.

But there's a chance your disk is dead, which is causing the crash.
The page tells you how to check the hard drive.
