Insufficient memory to complete the operation

Hello,

When I try to copy and paste an audio folder from a USB drive to my computer, the download starts but stops because "insufficient memory to complete the operation," even though I have 4 GB RAM and 150 GB remaining?
Any solutions? Thank you.

      In Windows Storage settings: out of 208 GB, 58 GB used and 150 GB free + 4 GB RAM
      knowing that my file to copy-paste is 5.76 GB
