I want to add some things to my resume but I can't find an app on my phone to edit it.

Modifying a PDF on a computer is a real pain. There are no simple solutions.
- Generally, we convert the PDF into a Word file which can be edited. This conversion doesn't always go smoothly: that's where the problem lies. The file is then saved again in PDF format.
- The other solution is paid: you need to use Adobe's Acrobat software (expensive!).
All this is to say and make you understand that you will probably find nothing to make this modification on a phone.
I hope you kept the original document in Word or OpenOffice format. It's on that file that you need to work.
