Hello,
I suspect there are many topics and discussions related to my issue, but after extensive research, I haven't found an adequate answer...
When I connect my Wiko Ufeel that I've just retrieved (I performed a factory reset) to my Asus PC running Windows 10 via a USB cable, the phone charges, but nothing happens on the PC side. I have tried changing USB ports and cables. The Device Manager, even in hidden devices mode, does not show either "unknown device" or "MTP" under "portable devices," as I've read here and there while searching for a solution.
I also read that USB tethering needs to be enabled beforehand, but the option remains grayed out, making it impossible to activate; it states "USB not connected."
I have also enabled USB debugging in developer mode, but nothing seems to work...
I'm out of solutions, can you help me?
Thank you in advance.
Configuration: Windows / Firefox 69.0

So try the following solution:
1) Connect the laptop to the computer via a USB cable.
2) Open the device manager.
3) Tab ''View'' --> ''Show hidden devices''
4) Right click on ''Unknown device'' --> ''Properties''
5) Tab ''Driver'' --> ''Update driver''
6) ''Search for a driver on my computer''
7) ''Choose from a list of device drivers on my computer''
Click on ''USB MTP Device'' in the list then click ''Next''
9) The driver installs correctly and the computer detects your laptop. By opening the computer, you can now access the content of your laptop.
