My Wiko won't turn on.

Hello, I've been trying to turn on my Wiko for 2 hours by pressing the power button but nothing happens, the phone won't turn on. It's a new phone (just 5 days old). Also, it has never fallen on the ground.
Please help me or else I’m going to be killed.

I had, no I suffered a Wiko for 3 years and I can tell your mother that destroying her child's childhood with a Wiko, there were better ways to go about it! Wiko is a brand that doesn't know how to make phones point, they recently bought themselves with a copy of the Xiaomi Redmi 5 Plus but I've seen people who just unpacked their Wiko and it crashed at startup. Anyway, don't play the warranty game, play for a refund!!! For more help, try to give us the exact model of the phone (A phone that has 5 days in the box should be easy to find!). Even if it would surprise me coming from Wiko, try disconnecting the battery while leaving the phone plugged into the power source (a phone can start without a battery if it is connected to a power source) and try turning it on that way.

I think you might be right. At worst, I'll replace it with an iPhone.
