Here you go, two days ago I bought the Wiko Cinq Peax 2 and I installed my apps and everything... and that's when someone called me. There was a noise that disturbed the conversation and even made it inaudible what I was saying. This morning I went back to the store and they reset my phone while keeping my personal data (specifically my contacts). The noise was gone. But just a while ago, I tried to call a friend and a message saying that I couldn't receive 3G appeared, I clicked "ok" and the noise came back. So I would like to reset my Wiko but I don't know how to do it. If someone could help me it would be really nice! Thanks in advance :)

Good evening,
I just looked at the technical sheet of your phone and saw that it runs on Android like most Wiko phones, and that’s great because I’m quite familiar with Android ;)
If I understood correctly, you want to reset your phone while keeping just your contacts?
Thank you!

Hi
You start by backing up your data with software like MyPhoneExplorer, which you can easily find online (PC part and Android part)
For the contacts, just copy them to the SIM card.
Next, in Settings, there's an option Backup and Reset on your Wiko
For a complete reset (with personal data deletion), just search a bit on Wiko's website:

This second solution seems more appropriate since with data backup, the problem comes back; you must have an app that's causing the issue
If I were you, I would do a complete recovery and test the phone without installing anything for a day or two
Then reinstall and test the apps one by one to see which one is causing the problem.
