Hello, I ordered a package and I received an email stating that my delivery has failed, so I would like to know what to do about my package, whether I need to go pick it up somewhere or if it has been returned.

Check the parcel tracking on the delivery service's website with the tracking number you received...
Otherwise, contact them directly to find out about the parcel and the options for picking it up.
