Issue with Chronopost

On Friday, I read in my tracking that delivery is scheduled for next Monday, the 8th.
Today, Saturday the 6th, I read that my package couldn't be delivered because I wasn't present (which is false) and that furthermore, the delivery person was unable to leave a delivery notice. All he had to do was walk through the door of my building (no code, just a simple door) and leave the delivery notice in my mailbox!
I tried to call, but their customer service closes at 12 p.m.
This is a product I ordered from an online site, and I checked that my contact details were correct, and they are.
While waiting to reach them on Monday, I would like to have, if possible, the opinion of people who are familiar with issues regarding Chronopost, so as not to hit a wall.

Same problem! I was supposed to be delivered this morning (between 8 AM and 1 PM), I took time off, well no package, no delivery notice! Supposedly no access; the door of my building was wide open, I have a doorbell, and I was on my balcony, and I didn't see ANY van or anything from Chronopost!
As a result, I will have to wait 48 hours to pick up my package at a pickup point! And given my work hours, well it will wait until Saturday! Disgusted with Chronopost!! I paid more to be delivered very quickly, what a scam! I do not recommend this company!

As for me, what to say about a package that was supposed to arrive on 27/12/2013 and still nothing. After several calls, I'm told that my package is sorted but they don't know where it is!!!!!!!!!!!
So especially Chronopost, only if you need nothing............
Same problem (postal code) even though the address was perfectly correct.
And this happened twice in a row.
This company is mocking its customers.
