Hello!

Same problem! I was supposed to be delivered this morning (between 8 AM and 1 PM), I took time off, well no package, no delivery notice! Supposedly no access; the door of my building was wide open, I have a doorbell, and I was on my balcony, and I didn't see ANY van or anything from Chronopost!
As a result, I will have to wait 48 hours to pick up my package at a pickup point! And given my work hours, well it will wait until Saturday! Disgusted with Chronopost!! I paid more to be delivered very quickly, what a scam! I do not recommend this company!

As for me, what to say about a package that was supposed to arrive on 27/12/2013 and still nothing. After several calls, I'm told that my package is sorted but they don't know where it is!!!!!!!!!!!
So especially Chronopost, only if you need nothing............

Same problem (postal code) even though the address was perfectly correct.
And this happened twice in a row.
This company is mocking its customers.

Hello, DO NOT RELY ON CHRONOPOST!
I confirm that "Chronopost" is essentially a form of organized fraud and should be systematically boycotted: delivery drivers who are probably poorly paid and untrained, sometimes (or often?) not very intelligent, systematic lying about recipients' addresses, supposedly incomplete or incorrect, the perfect excuse not to make deliveries, especially when a little thinking is required and a minimum amount of time needs to be spent.
If you are not at a location listed on a GPS receiver, and one must also hope that the driver has one and knows how to use it, you do not exist and they will not even contact you by phone to find an arrangement for delivery (this was clearly stated to one of my senders who is a professional seller under contract) etc.
For people in the countryside and remote areas, let's not even talk about it because their service is nonexistent, but "they" are increasingly able to "not find" recipient addresses even in the city center!
Despite the difficulties it faces, La Poste does the job it is paid for, unlike "Chronopost", whose name is misleading to users into believing it is a service of La Poste, which is not the case at all.
Other private services manage to do better than Chronopost, which has never been able to deliver to me anywhere for years as some of my senders think it best to choose this courier service without giving me the option of a different choice.

Same problem, the address is not in my GPS....
We need to think about equipping ourselves, UPS, TNT, and even the postman finds my mailbox....
In short, ultra urgent order, extra charge for a "next day" delivery (it's true they don't specify which next day they're talking about) and in the end, 5 days late!!!!!!
I'm really upset, for me it's over.
Try to get in touch with customer service to get a commercial gesture, you will laugh!

Same problem!! Since Monday, my package has been wandering around who knows where on the tracking. The delivery driver's status has been updating every morning since Thursday, and I've been present each time, but I haven't seen anyone and there is no notice saying it was supposedly impossible to leave one. I live in a house, and I have a mailbox at the gate just like everyone else...

Hello, I have better news. The order was cancelled by me, but the retailer still shipped it. They told me that I just have to refuse the delivery. I still contacted Chronopost to have them return the 19 kg package to the sender and not deliver it to me. Chronopost agreed and informed the retailer. Delivery was scheduled for yesterday. Today I found out that the delivery person just tossed the 19 kg package over my fence this morning without my agreement. I’m waiting for them to come pick it up because it's impossible for me to move it. Too heavy and I had back surgery on July 15. I'm very angry and I'm waiting for them to come back on Monday to retrieve it. They made two mistakes.

Since I don't have the delivery notice and therefore don't have the code, I can't schedule a new delivery on their website, so if they don't come back on Monday, I feel like I'm going to have to yell on the phone.

You can call the Chronopost center you depend on Monday morning. (you can find it in the Yellow Pages)

I think your package must be waiting for you over there. It will be easier. And if it's not far, you'll even have the option to pick up your package yourself (if the delivery person hasn't taken it with them yet).

The office is located in the next town over and unfortunately, I have no means of transportation. :/
Well, town is a bit of a stretch; it's really a remote little hole, you need a special bus to get there.

Finally!!!!

After 10 phone calls, really 10 exactly, I counted them, I have finally been put on "hold."

Estimated wait time was 4 minutes, but it lasted about 10 minutes.

My package has cost me a lot in phone bills!

However, once I was on the line with a human, everything went really well, the person was very understanding, I appreciated it a lot.

No problems rescheduling the delivery even without a pass number or SMS code.

In short, long wait but quality customer service.

I’ll give you an update tomorrow evening if there’s a new problem; otherwise, you can conclude that it’s resolved.

I don't understand why the tracking sheet says instructions received and when I ask the robot it responds waiting for instructions, it's not coherent. At first, it was stated that it would come between 10 AM and 12 PM and on the tracking, it says 8 AM to 6 PM, but on Saturday afternoon there is normally no service, right?

-around 11 a.m. “we could not deliver, condolences” etc
-in the following days I refused to go to the relay point and demanded delivery to my home.

A little adventure of a package that left Guadeloupe on 09/12/2020 and is waiting to be returned to the SENDER on the 21st, 22nd, or later in September. There was an error in the starting address, a zip code, 270 instead of 290. But the municipality and the rest of the address are correct. After a first delivery attempt supposedly made 4 days later, the zip code error was detected. X phone calls, correction of the error, and the delivery of the item should be made on Friday, September 18, as confirmed by the tracking. And then, 3 hours later, the package is sent back to the sender. Why? And on top of that, they talk about charging for the return. Do you have any advice on how to deal with these crooks?

Chronopost didn't even come and left the package at a pickup point in Nice 06100, and this is not the first time - it's unacceptable, but there's nothing we can do, nobody cares... so I'm going through delivery to have it delivered to the person... well done, Chronopost
Moreover, the phone number to contact Chronopost is premium-rate

Hello,

Why trust carriers like Chronopost when we have La Poste? Personally, I was fed up with seeing packages piled up in my mailbox, sometimes damaged by the rushed delivery person (I have nothing against him, I know he has to be quick). I bought a simple parcel box on http://laboiteacolis.com/ and I've been receiving all my packages via La Poste, Colissimo, and it's been a year with no problems at all!

But the problem for me is that the delivery was scheduled for July 21, 2021, between 8 AM and 1 PM. It’s now July 27 and still nothing. I’ve called several times. On Thursday, the person told me I would be delivered on Friday. On Friday, I received another phone call, and they told me they were submitting a complaint and that I would have to wait until the 27th. I had another phone call today, and they again told me that they were doing a search and that I would need to wait 72 hours. But where has my package gone? It’s a mystery. I’m now sure that I will never get an answer. This is unacceptable. Today, I had to start over twice because my first contact ended up hanging up on me. In short, I’m getting really frustrated.

Chronopost to avoid
the delivery people do not want to deliver to rural areas because it takes them too much time, even if you have paid for home delivery. So their excuses are all ready: you weren't at home, you weren't reachable, while you are waiting for them at your place, following the delivery message they sent.
They really don't care about anyone.
What they want is to deliver across the street in front of their warehouse.

Chronopost delivery people should change jobs.

I had the same problem, supposedly absent when I was at home waiting for the package during the indicated time slot. As a result, they didn't ring, and they sent the package to a drop-off point kilometers away from my home. Pathetic service for my part, it's over for me with them…

I strongly advise against this carrier!
Sure, the prices are unbeatable, but at what cost! Damaged, broken or lost packages!!
When you contact customer service, no one is able to respond to you. You have to wait a period of 2 weeks!! And for any justified compensation, you will hear nothing back from them!! You will be charged for a delivery that never took place!
Their customer service is terrible!
Do not entrust your packages to them because Chronopost takes the package, your money and buries its head in the sand! They are scammers!
