"If you have blocked someone's messages, you can unblock them later. To unblock someone on Messenger:
iPhone and iPad:
In Chats, tap your profile picture in the top left.
Tap People, then Blocked People.
Tap the name of the person you want to unblock.
Tap next to the option Block Messages to unblock them.
Android:
In Chats, tap your profile picture in the top left.
Scroll down and tap People.
Tap Blocked People.
Tap Unblock next to the name of the person you want to unblock. "
