Temperature too low, charging impossible

Hello, my Samsung J3 2017 phone is no longer charging and it says "temperature too low". How can I fix it? Thank you very much, I would be very grateful.

Hello, it is possible that the battery is dead or even the charger or the cable!

Thank you Lousou, but the phone is almost new. I changed the cable to see, and still the same problem.. :( I've looked online, there might be a manipulation to do at the motherboard and battery level.. but I don't know much about it and with the new phones, we can no longer open the casing and repair it as we wish... (consumer society, hum um...) Maybe you have a trick to open it without specific tools? Thanks a lot.

You need to keep your phone in hand near a heater that’s warm enough to get the phone's temperature back to normal. If you received this message, it’s very likely that it was left in a room at a temperature that was too cold. Then, after it charges, we wait for it to have enough battery to use it. Using your phone will allow the battery to warm up by itself, so there’s no longer any need for the heater to be close to the phone.
