Samsung tablet not charging: red cross on battery

Hello
I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1. I'm having problems when I charge it
I changed the charger and the cable. I got a Samsung one and it worked very well for a few days, but today when I plug the tablet in to recharge, the charging keeps cutting in and out (when I plug it in, the battery lights up, there’s a beep, the battery turns off, there’s a beep, the battery lights up............)
I have a second brand-new Samsung charger and a new (non-branded) cable. In order for it to work, I have to plug the cable in when the tablet is off; otherwise, I get a red cross on the battery. The charging takes a very long time. The tablet does not charge if it is on, and if it discharges too much, it won’t turn back on for 2 days...
If anyone can explain what’s happening and what I should do to make it work properly
Thank you

I recently had a problem with that!
I tinkered with the cable that I made myself
if you’re interested, I’ll post the pinout diagram
in any case, it charges now with any block (original or not).

        Good evening
Here is a detailed diagram I made for you
I placed the tablet so you can clearly locate the top side of the connector

        Best regards

I rewired the cable too, and it worked for a while, then I took apart the tablet to examine the connection plug closely to see if there were any defects, and there aren't any defects... I'm still searching...

I think about a communication problem.
I plug and unplug and after a while it ends up working.
      Good luck.
