Download a video blocked in the country

Hello, I posted a one-hour and twenty-minute music mix video on my YouTube channel, but it got blocked in the country because it contains WMG content.

It's really annoying because I included a lot of music since the video is quite long, and they don't even say which track is causing the problem, so I don't know how to find out which music to remove to re-upload the video.
Anyway,

the issue is that I would like to convert the video to download it because, stupidly, I deleted it from my PC.
Well, it's still on my channel because I can watch it there, but people can't see it because it's blocked for them.
Anyway, I went through two pages of converters, and they keep saying the video contains WMG content or something.

The thing is, if I can't download it, I can't edit it or anything, and I really want to post it because I put a lot of effort into it.
