Hello, I have a strange problem with YouTube on iPhone: the restricted mode activates automatically as soon as I connect to cellular data, but when I connect to Wi-Fi on my phone, it doesn't activate. When it activates on cellular, it says: “(enabled by your network administrator to hide content that may be unsuitable for some audiences).” I called my provider, and they said they have nothing to do with it, so if someone could help me, especially since I love YouTube, thank you for your understanding.

I finally managed to disable it! I went to my Bouygues operator account and disabled the parental control, thinking there might be a link. Then I went back to YouTube and clicked on restricted mode again, and THERE it showed ENABLED or DISABLED and I was able to remove it. So I don’t know if you have parental control on your phone, but if you do, disable it and then try again, because even if your operator told you they had nothing to do with it, it’s the YouTube network administrator who needs to take that into account for adjustments.

No, there's no parental control and it's the same.
