Hello everyone,
I'm sharing my issue:
HUMAX TN8000 decoder (purchased two months ago to replace an old Sagem) connected via HDMI (Hitachi High speed 1.4 cable, 2.5 long) to a Samsung UE32F6510.
When turning on the TV (from standby), it randomly reboots while in operation, interrupting the current recording for the duration of the reboot and creating another recording (missing part of the recording).
NB: TV settings for anynet-cec are disabled (I also used a non-CEC TYPE A M/F Lindy adapter without success).
The Samsung tech accessed the TV online, checked the settings, and found nothing better than to tell me that the decoder is faulty.
I tried connecting it with its HDMI cable to another TV (Panasonic TX-L47DT60E), as advised by the HUMAX tech, and it works perfectly (no reboot).
I only have access to free TNT channels.
Today, I performed a complete factory reset on the Samsung: still the same.
I have tried all HDMI inputs on the TV without success.
NB: The firmware for both Humax and Samsung is up to date and the setting on the Humax (automatic TV active/off) is set to off.
Does anyone have a solution to propose?
Thank you in advance and have a good evening.

Good evening,
One possibility is that the hard drive's power consumption is too high for the USB port's power... which causes a power protection kick-in.... that resets immediately..
So it needs to be checked without the drive.
Possibly also, feedback current through the grounding sockets if the Humax is plugged into a socket with ground...?
