Hello,

I am a new homeowner and I just noticed that I don't have a phone jack in my house, only a fiber box (PTO).
I live in the countryside and only SFR offers fiber, but I would rather switch to Free, which has interesting offers.
However, the problem is that since I don't have a phone jack, I was wondering if I could add a PTI jack that I would connect to the PTO? Is that possible? If so, how can I do it?

    Hello,

    No, it's not possible. The fiber connection is fiber. At a DTI, a telephone line used for ADSL arrives.

    To have ADSL, you would need to request the installation of a telephone line.
